Terms of Service

1. About FusaFlow

FusaFlow is a music studio management platform operated by Simon James Watts (ABN 61 914 592 726), trading as FusaFlow, based in Westleigh, NSW, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

The platform is available at fusaflow.app. By accessing or using FusaFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use FusaFlow

FusaFlow is intended for:

• Tutors — music teachers managing their private teaching studio
• Students — enrolled with a tutor using FusaFlow
• Parents/guardians — linked to a student account

You must be at least 18 years old to create a tutor account. Student and parent accounts may be used by those under 18 with the involvement of their tutor or parent/guardian.

By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

3. Free plan

FusaFlow is free to use, forever, for up to 5 students. No credit card is required and there is no time limit. The free plan includes core features: lesson scheduling and attendance, basic invoicing, lesson notes, homework, goals, practice tracking, repertoire tracking, parent portal, and in-app messaging.

To unlock unlimited students and Studio features, you will need to subscribe to FusaFlow Studio.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Studio access until then and will not be charged again.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@fusaflow.com within 14 days and we will review your case.

Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice by email. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create in FusaFlow — lesson notes, student records, invoices, practice logs, and any other data you enter.

By using FusaFlow you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you enter — particularly student data — is accurate and that you have appropriate consent from students and parents to store it on the platform.

6. Tutor responsibilities

As a tutor, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of student records, lesson notes and invoices you create
• Obtaining appropriate consent from students and parents to store their personal information
• Complying with your obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and any other applicable laws in relation to student data
• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing your account
• The accuracy of any financial records or tax reports generated using FusaFlow — these are tools to assist you and do not constitute professional tax or accounting advice

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FusaFlow for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the platform
• Upload any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any law
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the platform
• Misuse the AI features to generate harmful or deceptive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep FusaFlow available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, introduce new features, or modify existing features at any time.

We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your use of the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of liability

FusaFlow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of FusaFlow, including loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of FusaFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@fusaflow.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay a subscription, or if we discontinue the service. In the event we discontinue FusaFlow, we will give at least 30 days notice by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
