FusaFlow is built for music tutors, students and parents. We collect only what's needed to run the platform, we never sell your data, and we store it securely. This policy explains exactly what we collect and why.
Google API Limited Use Compliance
FusaFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the Google Calendar sync feature within FusaFlow, and for no other purpose.
Google User Data โ Sharing and Disclosure
FusaFlow accesses Google Calendar data solely to display and sync your lesson schedule within the app when you explicitly connect Google Calendar. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for their own purposes (such as advertising, analytics, or data brokerage).
Google Calendar data and OAuth tokens may be processed by our service providers โ Google Firebase (secure storage) and Supabase (server-side calendar API calls) โ solely on our behalf to operate the calendar sync feature you enable. We do not use Google user data for advertising or any purpose other than providing that feature.

2. What data we collect
We collect data in three ways: information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the platform, and information from third-party services.

We do not collect payment card details โ these are handled directly by Stripe and never pass through our servers.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the FusaFlow platform
- To send transactional emails (lesson reminders, invoices, password resets)
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To sync lessons with Google Calendar if you connect it
- To provide AI-powered practice suggestions via our AI feature (processed server-side; your data is not used to train AI models)
- To respond to support enquiries
- To improve the platform based on usage patterns
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Third-party services
FusaFlow uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy.

5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. Firebase infrastructure is hosted in the United States and complies with international data security standards including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authentication controls, and role-based access so tutors, students and parents only see their own data.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you become aware of any security issue, please contact us immediately at support@fusaflow.com.
6. Children's data
FusaFlow is designed for use by music students, who may be under 18. Student accounts are created and managed by their tutor, with parental access provided through the parent portal. We do not knowingly collect data from children without the involvement of their tutor or parent.
Tutors using FusaFlow to manage student data are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from students and parents in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Complain about how we handle your personal information
To exercise any of these rights, email support@fusaflow.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
8. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes (for example, invoice records).
9. Cookies
FusaFlow uses browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to maintain your login session and app preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
